Preparation

Being prepared for games and practices is very important. Below are some things players can do to be ready.

  1. Arrive Early - It's important to be warmed up and ready to play. This can help to avoid injuries. 
  2. Equipment - Safety is a very important for ALITHSA players       and coaches. Please make sure your player has the proper equipment.
  3. Water - Hydration is very important. Even when the weather is cold.


Soccer Equipment

It is extremely important that every player has the correct equipment for the season. We want everyone to have fun learning the game, but we all need to be aware of player safety. Below is a list of items your player will need to be ready for the fall season:

  • Shin Guards
  • Soccer Cleats
  • Water
  • Proper Protective Eye Glasses
  • No Jewelry
  • A Great Attitude!
