If you are a returning referee, please use the same username/password as you have in the past. You will now be able to view the assigned games, and select whether you accept each one or not.
Payment Procedure:
Please download the following required forms:
Referee Payment Form - Click Here
In order to be paid, the above form must be filled out completely and mailed along with your Referee Game Reports (see below) to:
ALITHSA Ref
PO Box 365

If the form is not included with your signed game cards, we will return your cards and you will need to resubmit.

Referee Game Reports - Click Here
IMPORTANT - a coach signature is required anywhere on this form in order for you to be paid.
All forms that are received by the last day of the month will be paid on the 15th of the following month. It is your responsibility to mail the forms to make sure they arrive in time, so we suggest mailing them 5 days before the end of the month to assure timely payment.
You must have a signed form for every game you referee. If you don't have a card with you, then get a signature on a piece of scrap paper and add the required information. If you lose the card, or do not get a signature, you will NOT be paid for that game. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If a team is a no-show, forfeit, or a cancellation outside of your control (i.e. weather issues) as long as you show up at the field prepared to ref, you will be paid for the game. If you are unable to obtain a coach signature for these reasons, contact Rick Naatz or Steve Zissman ASAP. All emails are located on the contact us page.
IMPORTANT - Failure to appear for any scheduled game without calling Rick Naatz ahead of game start time will result in probationary status. A second missed game in the same season will result in possible removal from the referee schedule. A third missed game will result in your name being removed from the list of available referees for a period of 6 months.
If you have any questions, email Rick Naatz or Steve Zissman You will receive a response within 24 hours. If you have any payment issues, contact Steve Zissman

ALITHSA's "ZERO-TOLERANCE" Policy:
- ALITHSA maintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for abusive parents, players and coaches. Any form of abusive language, gesture or behavior directed towards any player, parent, coach, coordinator or referee is UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR, and will be dealt with accordingly. ALITHSA reserves the right to suspend and/or expel any person found to be in violation of the zero-tolerance policy.
- Each Coach is responsible for his/her parent's behavior. If you have a problem with a parent, stop play and immediately notify both coaches. Do not continue play until the problem has been resolved. If the problem persists and the coaches are unable to resolve the problem, the referee has the authority to stop play and issue a forfeit to the offending team.
