Algonquin Lake in the Hills Soccer Association

ALITHSA is partnering with the National Soccer Coaches Association of America to offer a course to earn your level II coaches license. This is a great chance to learn from coaching professionals.  The one day course is being held on March 4, 11am-4pm.  Cost is $45.  ALITHSA will reimburse $20 for any coach whom completes the course and coaches the Spring session.

 On Friday November 4, 2011 ALITHSA Board Members, Jim Wyslak (Treasurer), and Maron Wong (Vice President) accepted the verbal request for resignation from the President of ALITHSA, Annette Milligan.

She voluntarily recalled her duties as the President of ALITHSA, verbally expressing that she no longer would continue in her role of that office. At her behest she has been withdrawn in title from the ALITHSA website as well as assignments thereof.

We would like to thank Annette for her hard work and dedication to ALITHSA, and wish her the best in future endeavors.

The Executive Board formalized her voluntary recall at the November 9, 2011 Board meeting and will follow the protocol of the constitution:


Article IV, Section 2, amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2
Vice-President – The Vice-President shall succeed to the powers of the President in his/her absence, default, sickness or recall. Vice President shall be ex-officio member of all committees.
